Heather has a keen eye for spotting juicy research findings and when that fails she likes things that are sparkly. She has a B.A. from Columbia University, Barnard College with a major in architecture and she later returned to school at the University of Connecticut to study clinical, child, and neuro psychology and primary prevention. Heather has worked as a primary mental health counselor with children in the CT public school system and as a research associate at the Yale Health, Emotion & Behavior Laboratory.
She is deeply thankful for her friends, her family, snow-tipped mountains, rolling green seas, fresh squeezed lemonade, maine bueberries, people all around this green planet who have inspired her personally, and those who have inspired, created and invested in positive change in general. (for a start)
Heather would like to prevent as many cases of cancer, as many developmental disabilities and other illnesses connected to toxin exposure as she possibly can.
She also studies prajna yoga under Tias Little and is an artist. Heather's Art.
